The PSB Group provides Total Procurement Products and Services through its two operating subsidiaries GSB Supplycorp Limited and Conexa Limited
The PSB Group purchased the Government Supply Brokerage Corporation from the New Zealand goverment in 1992 and the business is operated through its trading subsidiaries GSB Supplycorp Limited (GSB) and Conexa Limited.
GSB is New Zealand's leading specialist procurement service broker and Conexa is an international e-Commerce company providing business-to-business procurement solutions and trading platforms and technologies.
The PSB Group has traded profitably since its inception and has no secured or interest bearing debt.
